The good news is here! Jesus Christ will return to rapture his followers to heaven.
(Rapture means transportation of believers to heaven at the second coming of Jesus Christ).
The experience will occur to people who believe in Jesus Christ – whether dead or alive.
The scripture shed light on what the rapture experience be as written,
“Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; nor does corruption inherit incorruption. Behold, I tell you a mystery: We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed— in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet.
For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. So when this corruptible has put on incorruption, and this mortal has put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written: “Death is swallowed up in victory” (1 Corinthians 15:50-55).
Lesson on God’s Good News for Christians
It is welcoming news for us – Christ believers – to hear that this poor earth is not our final destination.
Christ will return to transport us from earth to heaven!
The scripture affirmed,
“In an instant, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, the dead will be raised imperishable, and we will be changed” (1 Corinthians 15:52 BSB)
Meanwhile, despite the sweet story that will come with rapture, the event will leave a negative impact on unbelievers.
They (unbelievers) will be left behind after the saints have been transported to heaven.
The encounter will cause them pain, and the damage to suffer will be unquantifiable!
Important Notice For Everyone
Since the rapture event will occur without any prior notice, everyone should examine his or her life, and take an immediate step to become a child of God.
It is very important for anyone who intends to have a rapture experience to accept Jesus Christa as the Son of God and confess him as his/her Lord and personal Savior.
The salvation of the soul through Jesus Christ is relevant to rapture as the scripture declares:
“That if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth, confession is made unto salvation” (Romans 10:9-10 NKJV).
Prayer of Confession
Dear Jesus Christ, I believe that you are the Son of God who died for sinners.
Indeed you are the good news for the world.
You died on the cross for my sins and resurrected on the third day to give me the gift of eternal life. Therefore, I believe that you are the savior.
I confess you as my Lord, and I accept you as my personal Savior.
I confess my sins and I forsake them.
I ask for your grace to remain faithful to you, and I will serve you throughout the days of my life.
Please write my name in the book of life. For in the name of Jesus Christ I pray. Amen.
